Garnett Rd, E 106th St N to E 116th St N
Substantial completion expected December 2026
- City Council approved the construction contract (R&L Construction) in July 2025.
- Construction started in September 2025.
- Storm pipe and subgrade work continues, and concrete is beginning on the northbound lanes.
E 106th St N and N 129th E Ave
Completion expected March 2027
- Construction started March 16, 2026.
- Water line relocation is near completion.
- Roadway base and drainage pipe are going in at the northeast corner ahead of paving.
E 96th St N and N 145th E Ave intersection
- City Council approved a construction contract with Diversified Civil Contractors in May 2026.
- The contractor is preparing base and subgrade on two sections for temporary lanes.
- Water line relocation is also underway.
Sports Park drainage improvements
Final completion expected January 2027
- City Council approved the construction contract (Builders Unlimited) in May 2026.
- Construction started in August 2026.
- Grading continues, and concrete pours for headwalls and the stormwater channel have begun.
2026 Street Rehabilitation Program
Phase II bid award proposed for November 2026
- Phase I (High Density Mineral Bond) is complete.
- Phase II bids were expected to be advertised in October 2026.

Road construction scheduled to begin summer 2027
- Utility relocation continues along the corridor.
E 86th St N bridge replacement
- Land acquisition started in June 2026.
- Utility relocation starts after land acquisition is complete.
E 106th St N, N 129th E Ave to N 145th E Ave
- City Council approved the engineering design agreement on January 21, 2025.
- Right-of-way acquisition continues, with 7 of the 8 property owners.
E 86th St N and N 161st E Ave
- Engineering design is 80% complete.
- A right-of-way acquisition agent has been hired and was to begin work in October 2026.
In design
Ranch Creek Trail
Design due December 2026; construction early 2027
- City Council approved the design agreement in September 2024.
- Design is ongoing; construction is planned to follow in early 2027.
E 96th St N, Mingo Rd to Garnett Rd
- City Council approved the engineering design agreement on January 21, 2025.
- Engineering design is 90% complete, with utility relocation coming.
- The city held a public meeting on May 26, 2026.
E 86th St N, Main St to Garnett Rd
- City Council approved the engineering design agreement on January 21, 2025.
- Engineering design is 60% complete.
- Land acquisition follows as soon as ODOT completes the environmental document.
Finished
US-169 improvements, E 66th St N to E 86th St N
- The report says the project is complete except for a few punch-list items.
